We want you to love your purchase! If something's not right, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. We'll cover return shipping for eligible items.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
• Contact us at info@lakecityhandicrafts.com before sending anything back.
• Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?
Inspect your item on arrival. If it's damaged or incorrect, email us within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available.

Exchanges
Email us within 5 days to request an exchange. Items must be unused and returned within 2 weeks. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective.

Refunds
