Cancellation Policy – Lakecity Arts

At Lakecity Arts, every piece of furniture is custom-made on order, handcrafted specially according to the customer’s selected design, size, finish, and customization requirements. Because of this made-to-order process, we follow a limited cancellation policy as outlined below.

Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 2 - 3 days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Cancellation requests received within 48–72 hours will be eligible for review.

  • Once this window has passed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Why Cancellation Is Limited

All our furniture is:

  • Crafted fresh after order placement

  • Handmade by skilled artisans

  • Customized as per individual customer preferences

Production begins shortly after order confirmation. Once raw materials are sourced and work is initiated, the order cannot be reversed or reused for another customer.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellation will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Orders cancelled after 3 days of confirmation

  • Customized or personalized furniture (size, color, finish, design modifications)

  • Orders already in production or processing stage

  • Bulk or special project orders

Cancellation Request Process

To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe:

  1. Email us at info@lakecityhandicrafts.com

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility

Please note: Sending a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. Approval depends on the production status of the order.
